A simple but effective tool to control 'Anxiety'

Here I've created a simple but effective mindset tool you can use to help tackle those overthinking stages of your day! 

Identifying your reactions could be a issue is the first step! Want to be remembered for all the things your loved ones would say about you. Anxiety isnt a choice its a crippling illness that has physical and mental symptoms. 

And your back in the room! Identifying where your bubbling point is will help you recognise when you need to STOP! 

Assessed the situation? Recognised its a thought not a fact? Heres not so professional way of putting it, Put it in the f#@£ it bucket!

It takes time, repetition and consistency. Don't be hard if those thoughts come through, the palms start the sweat and you fiddle Hard just to feel grounded. Here's a secret ssshhhh....but most of us do, we just dont share that we do.
