We organise affordable workshops and clubs for the local community to encourage social engagement, make friends, improve mental well-being, and remind others who may be struggling alone that they don’t need to face their challenges by themselves. Our workshops are more than just a session; they offer a unique opportunity to meet amazing, like-minded people who truly understand the journey you are on as a parent or carer of someone with additional needs and/or disabilities. By sharing experiences, participants can find support and inspiration in a nurturing environment. We limit the number of people attending each workshop to ensure a more intimate and personal experience, allowing everyone to engage fully and feel heard. Each month, our themes change, keeping the sessions fresh and relevant, addressing various aspects of parenting and caregiving. All sessions are priced under £10 to ensure our clubs are accessible to all, especially supporting larger families such as our own, as we believe that everyone deserves the chance to connect, learn, and grow together.
